Lighting Repair / Adjustment / Upgrade
– $129 covers the first half hour onsite (and includes up to 30 minutes of drive time to jobsite). This covers diagnostic work to determine why the system isn’t functioning properly—issues may include lamps not working, circuits tripping, timers or photocells malfunctioning, or the system not turning on/off as programmed.

Additional Details:

• If drive time exceeds 30 minutes, additional travel will be billed at a reduced rate of $65 per man hour.

• We are unable to give exact pricing on repairs based on unknown issues that may have occurred. We only charge for materials needed, so the below costs are shown in attempts to allow client to see what costs would be, should a need arise during the repair visit. Customer agrees to the following pricing structure and does not require any additional follow-up or estimate prior to Southern Lights performing work.

• • After the initial half hour onsite, our standard labor is billed at $99 per man hour and adjusted based on actual time spent.  
  • The final bill will be adjusted after completion and billed accordingly.
